JOB DESCRIPTION & APPLICATION DETAILS
Working as part of a nimble, high-performing team, you will transform survey research data into actionable insights. You’ll analyze data—describing and explaining the meaning in the numbers. You’ll interpret and visualize data, and then write about your findings in a clear and direct manner. You will be coached by a 25-year research and analytics veteran, and your work will play a meaningful role in the strategic and operational direction of our client organizations.

ANALYST RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
-Analyze quantitative data sets using descriptive and inferential statistics. Expected to use R to calculate measures of central tendency, variation, and association. Conduct t-tests, ANOVA, regression modeling, and techniques such as dimensionality reduction and cluster analysis
-Alongside a project manager, interpret the output of analyses, identifying patterns and significant findings that answer client questions
-Visualize findings in clear and contemporary ways
-Write research reports for executive-level clients that directly address client objectives
-Collaborate and/or lead internal projects that strengthen the skills and efficiency of our firm
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
-Strong understanding of core statistical principles
-Experience with R or a related programming language used for statistics (such as Python, SPSS syntax, or Stata scripting)
-Professional and polished writing ability
-BA/BS degree in Economics, Statistics, Psychology, Sociology, or other field with demonstrated quantitative training and/or 1-3 years of related work experience
-Candidates must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
