Christina Shadle

Director of Account Services

Christina has more than a decade-long relationship with IQS Research, working for IQS since 2013 and working with the company as a consumer of its market research beginning in 2007. In her role, Christina develops and expands client relationships while also designing research programs, overseeing their execution, and presenting often-challenging results. She has presented the findings from IQS’ studies locally, regionally, nationally, and internationally to audiences ranging from C-suite executives to college presidents, employee meetings to Board meetings. She boasts particular expertise in qualitative research methods including moderating online and in-person focus groups and has been trained at the acclaimed Burke Institute. Internally, she manages the IQS data collections team and leads talent attraction and hiring initiatives for both full-time and project-based associates.

 Prior to joining IQS Research, Christina spent seven years with the economic development team at Greater Louisville. Forging relationships between private sector companies and public sector resources, she helped companies grow and expand in Louisville generally and specifically in the inner-city neighborhoods of West Louisville. In her time there, she worked with executive leadership at 67 companies to secure commitments to create 1,900 new jobs and $237 million in new capital investment. She also launched and ran the Hispanic Latino Business Council, while also managing the Customer Contact Center Network and GLI’s Technology Network. In all of those roles, she relied on customer insights delivered by IQS Research to ensure that the strategic direction of her networks was aligned with member needs.

 In addition to her work at IQS, Christina is a Partner at the Mayan Café, a 4-star restaurant in Louisville, KY. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she graduated Summa Cum Laude from the College of Wooster with a B.A. in Sociology and a minor in Spanish. Her time outside of work is joyfully spent with her husband raising their two young daughters.
