Director of Account Services
Christina Shadle, Director of Account Services, has served as the primary Project Manager for clients as diverse as Brown-Forman, the Louisville-Southern Indiana Ohio River Bridges Project, Louisville Metro Government’s Office of Performance Improvement, the Transit Authority of the River City (TARC), and more. She is trusted by client stakeholders and known for designing and managing research projects that answer difficult, strategic questions, doing so on time and within the budget. She has particular experience in qualitative research methods including online and in-person focus groups and in-depth interviews.
Prior to joining IQS Research, Christina spent seven years as an Economic Development Director for Greater Louisville Inc.(GLI). She worked personally with executive leadership at 67 companies to secure commitments that resulted in the creation of more than 1,900 new jobs and $237 million in new capital investment. Prior to that work, she launched and ran the Hispanic Latino Business Council, while also managing the Customer Contact Center Network and GLI’s Technology Network. In all of those roles, she relied on customer insights delivered by IQS Research to ensure that the strategic direction of her networks was aligned with member needs.
In addition to her full-time work at IQS Research, Christina, her husband, and sister own and operate the Mayan Cafe, a four-star restaurant in downtown Louisville. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Christina graduated Summa Cum Laude from the College of Wooster with a B.A. in Sociology and a minor in Spanish. She has been trained at the Burke Institute, the most highly acclaimed marketing research institute in the country, and has completed coursework in Project Management provided by Norton Healthcare.
