Interviewer and Executive Scheduler
Laquisha George, Interviewer and Executive Scheduler, has been a part of the IQS Research team since 2012. With a high degree of professionalism and poise, she reaches hard-to-reach audiences, be it senior executives, healthcare professionals, low-income persons, and more. Her engaging demeanor puts individuals at ease, increasing participation in research studies, and doing so in a way that leaves the respondent feeling positive about the interaction. Nowhere is this skill more important than when conducting executive interviews with a client’s most highly-valued accounts – a task at which Laquisha particularly excels.
Prior to joining IQS, Laquisha served as the Assistant to the Director of Diversity and Human Resources for Planned Parenthood of Southwest and Central Florida. There, she safeguarded sensitive data; administered employee benefits; conducted new hire orientations; assisted in the preparation and implementation of employee wage analyses, personnel statistics, and regulatory compliance updates; and more. She was honored for her work in 2009 when she received the Outstanding Customer Service Award for her region.
Her experience with executive administration and human resources management is furthered strengthened by prior work as the Human Resources Supervisor for Levy Restaurants @ The American Airlines Arena in downtown Miami, as well as her role as the Administrative Assistant for Turnberry Associates, Inc., owners and operators of properties including the famed Fontainebleau Hotel. Laquisha is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management.
