Pratiksha joined the IQS Research team in 2013 and has spent much of her time analyzing point in time and trending data associated with customer interactions and employee perceptions. She is particularly adept at using factor and cluster analysis to segment a client’s marketplace. Combining academic understanding and practical applications, Pratiksha also specializes in spatial statistics using GIS.
Fluent in English and Nepali, Pratiksha holds a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning from the University of Louisville and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the Institute of Engineering at Tribhuvan University in Nepal. She has served as a research assistant for the Kentucky State Data Center and as a planning intern for Louisville Metro Government’s Planning and Design Services. Before beginning her career in urban planning and data analytics, Pratiksha worked as a project architect in Kathmandu engaging herself mostly in the design and execution of residential and commercial projects.
Pratiksha lives her with husband and son. In her free time, she loves to experiment with various international cuisines and often uses her data management skills to collaborate on research projects with her husband who recently completed his Doctoral degree in Urban and Public Affairs.
