What are my rights if I am a resident of the European Union (E.U.)?

What happens when my data is collected in the E.U. but processed elsewhere?
When survey answers are submitted, these data will be transferred from the European Union to the United States of America by our partner, SurveyGizmo, who is Privacy Shield certified. IQS Research, in turn, has executed a model clause with this partner which serves as a safeguard for your data. Our partner’s contact information can be found here.
