What Drives Employee Engagement?
IQS Research Founder Shawn Herbig Launches Book Frequency Matters™: Be a Contributor, Not an Employee!
Louisville, KY (September 4, 2018) – For organizations of all sizes, employee engagement is both an art and a science. Yet, a common theme for organizations with high levels of engagement is that their leaders have aligned their cultures and their teams around a single vision that works for them. But how can you actually do this?
Introducing Frequency Matters™: Be a Contributor, Not an Employee!, a new book that provides road-tested, practical steps to align, engage, and impact.
A blending of art and science in the very backgrounds of its co-authors, Frequency Matters™ is written by Shawn Herbig, Founder & President of custom market research and data analytics firm IQS Research and national motivational speaker Kristin Mackey. This approachable read features real-world advice and tips from individuals including CEOs, entrepreneurs, designers, engineers, management consultants, educators, IT professionals and HR leaders. Here, you’ll hear stories from diverse leaders, each with their own unique way of doing things – including a company where a typical work week is 35 hours and another company where it is 70 hours. Across the industry spectrum however, when a leader’s personal energy – his/her passions, convictions, vibe, and mojo – is authentic and transparent, then the process of creating an engaged team is often not just easier but more successful.
In the end, the markers that make your organization’s culture authentic, genuine, and profitable have to be uniquely your own. But once you identify those indicators, the process to infuse them throughout your organization is largely already developed. Frequency Matters™ demystifies this process, allowing you to identify your path to an aligned culture and an engaged employee base.
Frequency Matters™: Be a Contributor, Not an Employee! is available for purchase on Amazon and at Carmichael’s Bookstore locations in Louisville. Purchase your copy today or invite him to speak! This summer, Shawn has spoken to multiple business groups including the Chamber Jeffersontown, One Southern Indiana’s Metro Manufacturing Roundtable, and the University of Louisville’s IMBA program and he will be speaking with more groups over the coming months. #frequencymatters
