    Biography

Vince comes to IQS Research with over five years of experience in non-profit program coordination, case management, and direct service delivery. He first began as an advocate for youth in the foster care system and most recently, supported Oregon families in securing employment & education opportunities. Through these roles, he built strengths-based, trauma-informed relationships with individuals from around the world, helping them navigate public systems & their policies, initiate skill-building plans, and connect with needed mental health, housing, and legal resources. He also had the opportunity in these positions to redesign how his organization delivered their services, most notably through creating an interactive employment map for clients to gauge openings by the distance from their home, access to public transportation, included benefits, and more.

Vince is a mission-driven professional eager to grow his skills in inclusive social research design & implementation. He values people and the questions that matter to them. With a broader interest in how data-driven insights can be used to promote solutions in the public and private sectors, he is ready to learn from the over 20 years of experience IQS Research has in doing just that.

Vince received his B.A. in International Affairs with a Minor in English from Lewis & Clark College, and recently completed a certificate program in Data Analytics. He is conversationally proficient in Spanish and Russian. When not at work, he loves spending time with his friends and loved ones, trail running with his fiancée and playing basketball, traveling, DIY projects, and learning more about the subjects that matter to him.
