Survey update: improved wage reporting

Each year, we look for ways to improve the Wage & Workforce Study to make it even more useful to you. With that said, there is an update to how wage data will be reported this year. We will ask you for different wage data depending on whether the job title is a production or office job.

  • For production positions, we ask for two pieces of wage information: the starting base hourly pay (excluding bonuses and benefits) and the 5-year base hourly pay (excluding bonuses and benefits).
  • For office positions, similar to years past, we ask for the average base pay (excluding bonuses and benefits).

This helps us gather more useful information for you that can help you make strategic decisions in the workplace.

Survey deadline extended!

The 2025 study now closes on Monday, June 30.
